Agenda The daily, weekly, or monthly calendar for you, another CalAgenda subscriber, or a resource. You can also display a group agenda for any combination of persons, resources, and groups.
Designate Someone with the right to modify an agenda not their own. This can be the agenda of another person or of a resource. Designate rightsare assigned to one or more people by the owner of the agenda.
Event A meeting,daily note,or day event. Meetings are associated with specific times of the day. Daily notes and day events are associated with an entire day.
Group One or more CalAgenda subscribers and/or resources. Groups can be public(seen by everyone), private(seen only by you), members only(seen only by the members of the group), or administrative(set up by the CalAgenda administrator for use by everyone.) See "Using Groups" for more information.
In-Tray The place where event proposals are kept. The In-Tray is divided into four folders. New Entriescontains incoming proposals to which you have been invited. Entries you've acceptedcontains those meetings you plan to attend and events you have accepted into your agenda. Entries you've sent outcontains copies of the proposals you have made. Entries you've refusedkeeps a record of proposals you have rejected.
Reminder A notification of an upcoming event. There are two types. A popup windowdisplays an alert some specified period of time before the event. Display upcomingplaces one or more day events in your agenda for some period of time before the event.
Repeating Event A meeting, daily note, or day event which occurs more than once. In Oracle Calendar, a repeating event occurs a finite number of times. Once all of the dates on which it occurs is listed, it is possible to change one or more of the events in a variety of ways, including when it occurs.
Scheduling The act of proposing a new event. Scheduling rightsare the ability to invite another person to your event proposal and granted by that person on an individual basis to others.

Daily View Displays an agenda in the daily view, that is, just one day. | ||

Expand Address Book Opens all of the lines in the displayed address book to reveal their contents. | ||

In-Tray Displays the in-tray, where new meeting proposals show up. Also contains copies of proposals you've sent out, proposals you've accepted, and proposals you've rejected. | ||

Monthly View Displays an agenda in the monthly view, that is, all of the days for the current month. | ||

New In-Tray Items Indicates that you have new items in your In-Tray. | ||

Offline Indicates that you are working offline, that is, you are not connected to the CalAgenda server. | ||

Open Address Book Displays the Open Address Book dialog so that you can select one of your address books to be displayed. | ||
|
|
Open Agenda Displays the Open Agenda dialog which allows you to open the agenda for yourself (if it's not already open), for someone else, or for a resource. | ||

Open Group View Displays the Open Group View dialog which allows you build a group view on the fly. See "Using Groups" for more information on this topic. In an event proposal, this opens the Select A Group dialog from which you can choose a group of people to invite to the event. | ||

Open Tasks Displays the Open Tasks dialog which allows you to open the list of your tasks or someone else's. | ||

Page Back Pages back to a previous agenda. In a daily view, it displays the daily agenda from one week ago. In a weekly view, it displays the weekly agenda from four weeks back. In a monthly view, it displays the monthly agenda from six months ago. | ||

Page Forward Pages forward to a future agenda. In a daily view it displays the daily agenda one week ahead. In a weekly view, this displays the weekly agenda four weeks in the future. In a monthly view, it displays the monthly agenda for six months in the future. | ||

Prefer Another Time Indicates that an invitee to an event would prefer that the event be scheduled at another time. | ||

Print Opens the standard printer dialog to allow you to print your agenda. | ||

Reminders On Indicates that the event has a reminder defined for it. In an agenda view, this indicates that reminders are turned on and will be displayed when appropriate. | ||

Send Email Displays a dialog which allows you to send an electronic mail message to some or all of the event's invitees. | ||

Today Displays the agenda for today. In a weekly or monthly view, it displays the weekly or monthly view which contains today's date. | ||

Unconfirmed Attendance Indicates that the invitee has not yet indicated whether or not he or she will accept the event. On an event, indicates that one or more of the event's invitees have not yet responded to the proposal. | ||
