Administrator & Technical Support Roles

Below we list the roles necessary to participate in the CalAgenda service. The CalAgenda service depends on close cooperation between the service support team and personnel in a subscriber department. Several mailing lists exist to facilitate this partnership. Meetings are also held periodically to ensure that all subscribers are able to exercise influence over how the service is developed and operated.

If you represent a new group subscribing to CalAgenda, or wish to change the assignment of contact personnel in your department, please complete the following worksheet " Sign Up or Change in Departmental COA" and return it to the address listed on the form.

Note: These roles can overlap - they need not be assigned to different people. It is at the discretion of an individual department to assign them in a way that best suits its requirements.
